You begin to be constantly fearful that you will become overweight and so you fear food, eat as little as possible, and become perilously thin. Anorexia causes you to develop a weak immune system and can eventually result in death. Teens usually experiment with starvation diets but, alas, when you become obsessed with starving yourself, you can become anorexic and do irreversible harm to your health. Binge-eating syndrome is one more thing to consider. Individuals who use this method eat huge amounts of food and then vomit so that the calories do not remain in their body. These people aren't afraid of food as anorexics are, rather the opposite: they will overindulge on great amounts of food and then feel guilty so they sick it back up. It's hard to tell if an indivudal has bulimia as their body weight doesnt change too much, whereas with the other diets you can see people losing weight. Regurgitating the food you've consumed is not good for your body. Your heart and other vital body organs can be severely damaged. You may develop stomach ulcers as a result of the continuous puking. Your teeth are also going to be harmed from all of the stomach acid, not to mention your esophagus. Acid stings and there's no exception when it comes to your throat. Continual vomiting of your food can cause extreme harm to your body. My proposal is to eat, but eat sensibly. Try to keep the less healthy food out of your diet as much as possible and go for smaller food portions.
